• Article 20: Listed companies, banks, insurance companies, energy companies, telecommunications companies, third-party logistics (3PL) companies, water supply and sewerage companies, courier services, retail companies with more than 500 employees, transportation companies, etc.
• Article 19: Facilities requiring environmental permit Category A, including industries and related activities, hotels, municipal water companies, sports and leisure facilities, shopping centers, poultry farms, and aquaculture.
