Posting Services

The service includes acting as a representative for foreign companies in relation to the posting of workers to Greece. Specifically, ERGONOMIA handles the process of notifying the relevant authority of the posting through the designated information system on behalf of the client. This notification includes the representative's details, the details of the client's employees in Greece and the project details. Throughout the posting period, the representative:

• is responsible for official communication and cooperation with the competent authorities;
• receives and forwards documents or audit requests;
• maintains all required documents in both physical and electronic form;
• informs the client of any audit or administrative action;
• cooperates with the authorities within the limits of their authorisation.
