Scope and Deliverables of the Internal Inspection Process for Mining Facilities
The mining engineer conducts on-site inspections of all work areas at mining facilities at least once a month and sends a processing facility inspection findings report to all involved parties.
The report is an Excel spreadsheet that addresses safety issues with precise references to the initial recording date, proposes corrective actions, and includes a risk assessment for each observation to determine the urgency of taking compliance measures.
Each problem or observation is fully documented with photographs. During each subsequent inspection, the compliance status of all previous observations is verified.
The report also includes findings regarding adherence to environmental commitments and the implementation of the environmental study, the quality of the final products, and the implementation of new, user- and environmentally friendly technologies (green technologies).
In addition, a written summary of the inspection results focusing on compliance is prepared every six months.
