ErgoWell-being by Ergonomia provides specialized regulatory compliance services to help businesses meet legal requirements and create a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment. Through our comprehensive solutions, we provide what companies need for legal compliance, while helping build relationships of trust with employees, clients, and suppliers.
1. Addressing Violence and Harassment in the Workplace, Law 4808/2021 and Presidential Decree 62/2025
Ergonomia's Regulatory Compliance Services support businesses in meeting legal requirements and creating a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment. We provide specialized solutions for addressing Violence and Harassment in the workplace and related compliance with Law 4808/2021 and Presidential Decree 62/2025, ensuring the protection of employees from violence and harassment, as well as the prevention and management of psychosocial risks.
The service includes:
- Policy Development: Drafting a Violence and Harassment workplace policy by a specialized lawyer. The policy covers issues of violence, harassment, and psychosocial risks, as well as diversity, equality, and inclusion topics.
- Employee Training: Implementation of a training program on "Violence and Harassment in the Workplace" delivered by specialized psychologists from the ErgoWell-Being department. The training aims to inform and raise employee awareness about violence, discrimination, and harassment in the workplace, as well as their recognition, prevention, and management.
- Communication Liaison Training: Specialized coaching and training for the individual designated as the "Communication Liaison" for handling incidents of Violence and Harassment, in accordance with Presidential Decree 62/2025. The training is provided by a lawyer and includes guidelines for the proper handling of incidents and employee support.
- Psychosocial Risk Assessment: Ergonomia offers psychosocial risk assessment services in accordance with current legislative requirements. Psychosocial risks negatively affect employee health, safety, and productivity, and can also have broader consequences for the business. This service helps companies comply with Presidential Decree 62/2025 and prevent the negative effects of work-related stress and other psychosocial factors. The approach followed is based on international guidelines and includes:
- Assessment of working conditions at the personal, interpersonal, and organizational level.
- Qualitative and/or quantitative data analysis, depending on the company's needs.
- Recommendations and implementation of appropriate prevention, protection, and risk management measures.
- Provision of Preventive Measures: Design and implementation of preventive measures to address psychosocial risks and incidents of violence and harassment in the workplace.
2. Protection of Persons Reporting Breaches of Union Law – "Whistleblowing," Law 4990/2022
The Whistleblowing service aims to help businesses comply with the requirements of Law 4990/2022, "Protection of Persons Reporting Breaches of Union Law," in compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 (L 305). Beyond legal compliance, a comprehensive reporting management system helps build relationships of trust with employees, clients, suppliers, authorities, and society at large, grounded in integrity and transparency.
The Whistleblowing Service is provided by the ErgoWell-being department in partnership with a specialized lawyer with extensive experience in labor and commercial law and long-standing collaborations with numerous large companies.
The Whistleblowing service includes:
- Drafting of Internal Policy and Reporting Procedure: We undertake the drafting of a comprehensive policy documenting the company's integrity and transparency, as well as the procedure for submitting internal reports.
- Employee Training: We design and deliver training activities for employees, providing the necessary information on reporting procedures and the company's code of ethics.
- Report Reception and Management Officer Service (R.R.M.O.): We provide a comprehensive report reception and management service, in accordance with the requirements of Law 4990/2022.
- Reporting Channels: We provide secure technological channels (platform and telephone line) for submitting anonymous or named reports, in compliance with GDPR principles and the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013, offering a reliable and secure environment for whistleblowers.
- Report Reception and Management Officer (R.R.M.O.) Training: We offer specialized training for the designated Report Reception Officer, focusing on effective monitoring of reports and accurate implementation of procedures, as required by this role.
