Sales Consultant
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and well-organized Sales Consultant to join our Commercial Department on a full-time basis. The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from lead generation and client needs assessment to proposal preparation, negotiation, follow-up, and contract closure. Working closely with Ergonomia’s Business Units, the Sales Consultant acts as a key link between clients and the company, contributing to business growth, client retention, and the achievement of annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and client outreach
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing B2B clients
- Identify client needs and coordinate with Ergonomia’s Business Units to propose appropriate solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from needs assessment and proposal preparation through negotiation, follow-up, and contract closure
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of opportunities and proposals
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Track and report sales KPIs and pipeline performance to the Commercial Manager
- Represent Ergonomia at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ experience, preferably in B2B Sales or Account Managerment
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM systems, particularly SoftOne will be considered an asset
- Proficient in English, written and spoken
