Occupational Health and Safety Officer / Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Health and Safety Officer / Consultant to join our team in the Attica region. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices, across a diverse portfolio of clients and workplaces. You will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring full compliance with Greek Occupational Health and Safety legislation (Law 5239/2025).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with OSH legislation, internal policies and industry best practices
• Provide expert guidance and consultation on workplace Health & Safety matters
• Ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards, assess risks and recommend preventive and corrective measures
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near-miss events, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions
• Support the development and delivery of Health & Safety training programs

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical)
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Greek Occupational Health & Safety legislation. Prior experience in occupational safety roles will be considered a strong asset

Skillset:

• Excellent communication skills in Greek (and English preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution driven approach
