Senior Construction Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team as Senior Construction Safety Manager, reporting directly to the OSH Director – Construction Projects. This is a high-impact, senior-level role combining technical leadership, operational management and quality excellence, with responsibility for ensuring the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Health & Safety services across construction projects.

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure the effective and high-quality delivery of Health & Safety services across construction projects.
• Develop and implement Quality & Operational Excellence practices in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Oversee technical deliverables, including Health & Safety Plans (HSP) and Health & Safety Files (HSF), ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage, evaluate and develop a network of Safety professionals.
• Define, monitor and analyse KPIs and financial performance indicators to support operational effectiveness and business performance.
• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement across processes, services and operations.
• Contribute to the development of the Department through cross-functional initiatives, internal projects and ad hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• MEng in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical or relevant engineering discipline
• 8-10 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety with significant exposure to construction projects
• Proven experience in managing and evaluating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of Greek legislation, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001

• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
