Occupational Health and Safety Consultant

Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Occupational and Industrial Safety, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace. Ergonomia is well-established, both in domestic and international markets for the reliability and high quality of its services. We are seeking a motivated and qualified Safety Officer to join our team and contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices. The ideal candidate will support our clients by offering expert guidance on workplace safety and ensuring compliance with Greek legislation (Law 3850/2010).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on Occupational Health & Safety
• Ensure the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Conduct risk assessments and propose preventive measures to eliminate or reduce workplace hazards
• Investigate workplace accidents, determine root causes, and suggest corrective actions
• Contribute to training sessions and raise awareness on occupational risk prevention

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or equivalent field)
• Knowledge and application of Greek OHS legislation
• Prior experience in occupational safety roles is an asset

Skillset:

• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills in Greek (and English preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
