Heart Attack
Symptoms:
- Chest discomfort with or without spreading in other areas of the upper body (lower jaw, neck or left arm)Shortness of breath
- Breaking out in a cold sweat
- Nausea
- Feeling lightheaded
- Rapid or irregular heartbeat
- Feeling unusually tired

Fist aid:
- Encourage the person to stop what they are doing and to rest in a comfortable position
- Call for help 112/166
- Stay with the person until professional help arrives.
- Medication: 150–500 mg chewable aspirin, nitro-glycerine spray or tablets.
Attention! Medication must always be administered in accordance with medical instructions. - If practical, locate the closest AED and bring it near the person
- If the person is unresponsive and not breathing normally > CPR
