Heart Attack

Symptoms:

• Chest discomfort with or without spreading in other areas of the upper body (lower jaw, neck or left arm)Shortness of breath
• Breaking out in a cold sweat
• Nausea
• Feeling lightheaded
• Rapid or irregular heartbeat
• Feeling unusually tired

Fist aid:

• Encourage the person to stop what they are doing and to rest in a comfortable position
• Call for help 112/166
• Stay with the person until professional help arrives.
• Medication: 150–500 mg chewable aspirin, nitro-glycerine spray or tablets. 
  Attention! Medication must always be administered in accordance with medical instructions.
• If practical, locate the closest AED and bring it near the person
• If the person is unresponsive and not breathing normally > CPR
